Fantastic serviceThe owners are fully involved, very friendly and customer orientated.Their morning employee Navrup is an expert at her craft and always has a smile on her face. There is no doubt in my mind that Subway is lucky to have her on their team!!

This is one of the best Subway franchises in all of Vancouver (and trust me, I've been to MANY). The difference? A great manager and great staff, who actually follow the directions when baking the bread. Ever had soggy, half-cooked bread at Subway? Of course you have. Not here - these guys bake delicious bread the way it was meant to be made. Try it for yourself. 5 stars.

Customer service is hit and miss. Friendly but they either won't honour coupons or add restrictions. Other than that it is a fairly standard subway experience... Not cheap for fast food, but fine.

Got to the subway at 10:45pm tonight and the doors were closed and lights were off. There was a staff member inside and he had a friend waiting outside for him. When we asked why he closed early he said were out of luck. Not cool at all.

Ask for Akash if you want your sub made by a master. I've had other people, who are lovely bu the way, be a bit sloppy with my sub:(
